Section 1: Return and Exchange Policy

Safiya Khanum strictly follows the terms and conditions mentioned below for returns and exchanges:

We strive to facilitate our valued customers in exchanging products purchased online under the following conditions:

Inspection upon Delivery: Customers are requested not to accept orders if the parcel is damaged or the seal is opened at the time of delivery.

Exchange Window: Articles can be exchanged one time only within 14 days from the date the order was placed. The exchange must be within the same category.

Product Condition: Products must be in their original, unused condition with the price label attached and the original invoice included. Safiya Khanum will not accept returns or exchanges where proper care instructions have not been followed.

No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds.

Remote Locations: If a physical collection point is not available in your city, please email us at safiyakhanum73@gmail.com with your Order ID stating your exchange case.

Damaged/Missing Items: If a product is damaged or missing, please call us immediately at +92 313 1020778 upon receiving the parcel.

Quality Control: All returns will be inspected at the Safiya Khanum warehouse. If our quality control team finds the articles were used, washed, mishandled, or not in their original condition, the exchange will not be processed.

Exclusions: Accessories and discounted (Sale) items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Section 2: Refund Policy

We offer refunds only in exceptional cases. Currently, we do not support a refund policy for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Process: When a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your Credit/Debit card within 2 weeks.

Late Refunds: If you have not received your refund within this period, please contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.

Section 3: Shipping

Shipping Charges: All nationwide shipments will be charged a flat rate of PKR 150.

Return Shipping: To exchange your product, please courier the item to our designated warehouse address (please contact customer service for specific return address details), ensuring the Order Number is clearly mentioned on the parcel.

Shipping Your Return:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Safiya Khanum cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Delivery Times: Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Section 4: Lost Shipping Policy

We track all shipments from dispatch until delivery via our courier partners. However, we cannot guarantee third-party delivery times. If your order is not received within 7 days of dispatch, please contact our customer services department at +92 313 1020778 or email us at safiyakhanum73@gmail.com.
